We have recently commenced the renovation of the late XIXth century building located at 1, Imprenta Street, in Palma.
This project will comprise12 apartments, distributed over four floors with an approximate built-up surface of 2,067 s.q.m many of which will have terraces and private garden areas.
Of particular note are the high quality materials to be used. Common areas will have Binissalem marble flooring and mosaics created with a combination of three types of stone: Binissalem marble, white limestone and Zimbabwe black granite, while the private areas inside the apartments will offer oak wood and Binissalem marble floorings, hexagonal ceramic mosaics for bathroom tiling as well as the preservation of some of the original materials of the building, such as the wooden joists and theload-bearing walls within the building’s structure, as well as some of the hydraulic pavement tiles on the kitchen floors.
Home automation will be achieved through a KNX system that will control each apartment’s lighting ,access control and HVAC systems.
A highlight will be the communal swimming pool, with an India green natural stone finish and located at the central patio of the building, as well as its veranda and shared entertainment areas.
