The Temporary Joint Venture formed by the companies Ferrátur-Llull Sastre has been awarded the execution of the Cap Adriano Residential Project, located at the exclusive luxury resort of Nova Santa Ponsa in the municipal area of Calvià.

The works to complete the construction of a Residential Building comprising 10 apartments, as well as of 9 Luxury Villas, have already commenced under the Project Management of Estudio GRAS – Arquitectura S.L.P.’s Mr Guillermo Reynés, and Building Engineers Mssrs Jaume Rosselló and Alfonso Juliá. The complex stands out due to its attractive design, high quality finishes and top brand appliances.

Engels and Völkers has been appointed as the sales agent for the project.
