We are proud to confirm that we will soon begin construction of the Ever One Mallorca residential complex. 

Located at Cala Major, this new build project will include 27 luxury apartments spread over two buildings and equipped with facilities that are designed to fully integrate the natural landscape of this area. 

Location 

The Ever One Mallorca luxury residential complex will be located barely 150 m from the beach at Cala Major. 

Facilities 

Every detail at Ever One Mallorca is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. A good example is its rooftop infinity pool, as well as its large common area, which includes a sun deck.
